Warmer days, but still cool nights usher us into Spring, and with the hopeful change to the seasons, comes Northern Ontario’s sweetest natural wonder: Maple Syrup. The Algoma region, and more specifically St. Joseph Island, is home to many of Ontario’s maple syrup producers. In fact, the St. Joe’s 30 commercial producers account for 18% of Ontario’s maple syrup production! So, why not enjoy one of these pancake breakfast events while you’re in the area.
