C~nergy is a multi-purpose meeting room that gives you specialized space for greater productivity. Used for in-depth meetings, C~nergy accommodates a meeting organizer, a facilitator and up to 13 participants. Informally, the room can accommodate up to 30 participants.

C~nergy’s large wall-mounted projection screen enables the meeting leader to display various inputs using split-screen technology to support the meeting activities. Information produced by the group or imported from outside sources can be viewed on both the wall-mounted screen and on individual laptop workstations.

C~nergy offers electronic flexibility. For instance, participants can be same time, same place; same time, different place; or different time, different place. It all depends on your needs. Furthermore, touch-screen technology allows the meeting facilitator to quickly access information and organize user input.

C~nergy staff are meeting specialists with operational and technical knowledge to help you develop your agenda and suggest best meeting practices. We offer demonstrations to help you understand the power of C~nergy to make your work easier.

C~nergy is located off a small lobby adjacent to the Library Meeting Room. When used together, you enjoy a separately configured private suite for meetings and dining.
