President's Club Terms & Conditions

President’s Club Overview

  • One Goodlife Fitness pass is awarded for each 2 consecutive day visit. (maximum 2 passes)
  • A daily list of upgrades is identified by our Reception Manager and issued to President’s Club Members. Ask for availability upon check in.
  • Each night's stay is worth one reward point (on qualifying stays/rates) which is applied to your reward level. One year from the date of your membership sign-up, you’ll receive your earned rewards from the previous year and your membership will be automatically renewed. All renewals are sent via email. Please add info@watertowerinn.com to your contact list to avoid your renewal email being marked as spam.
  • Yearly rewards must be chosen within 90 days after the receipt of the member’s yearly renewal email. Failure to indicate desired yearly reward within 90 days will result in the forfeiture of said reward. However, all other President’s Club rewards and benefits, including member's membership level will remain unchanged.
  • President’s Club membership is for the sole use of that Member and is non-transferable.
  • All President’s Club Members are required to present a valid credit card in their name at time of check-in.
  • It is the Member’s responsibility to set up a membership profile, which includes providing an active e-mail address in order to join the program.
  • The use of credits for room charges is exclusive of taxes, gratuities and other incidental charges (i.e. in-room movies, parking, telephone, etc.).
  • President’s Club Members are not exempt from no-show charges. Members are not entitled to receive a room night credit for no-shows.
  • Member reservations and Yearly Reward redemptions are non-transferable from one guest to another.

Terms & Conditions

  • The President’s Club Rewards program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as it may be decided to terminate the program, at any time, with or without notice. Members will have 6 months from the date the President’s Club Rewards program is terminated to redeem benefits.
  • We reserve the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms, rules, procedures, conditions, benefits pertaining to the President’s Club Reward program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of benefits already issued. This means that we may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, travel partner affiliations, rules and procedures for the use of benefits, continued availability of awards, blackout dates, room availability, benefit types and the features of special offers.
  • Algoma’s Water Tower Inn & Suites has the right to restrict benefits and discontinue a Member’s profile.
  • Algoma’s Water Tower Inn & Suites reserves the right to revoke or suspend President's Club memberships based on unsettled accounts or a discrepancy with memberships until accounts have been settled or the issue has been resolved.
  • Discontinued membership may result in the cancellation of benefits and privileges. Each Member is responsible for advising Algoma’s Water Tower Inn & Suites of any profile information changes.
  • Algoma’s Water Tower Inn & Suites reserves the right to limit stay/room night credit, frequent flyer miles, and membership benefits to airline rates, prepaid wholesale/tour operator packages, complimentary rooms, special negotiated rates, and any online bookings made outside of watertowerinn.com. Reward points are only available to qualifying stays/rates.
  • Algoma’s Water Tower Inn & Suites is not responsible for any delayed or lost requests or correspondence and reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and errors of description.
  • Your Personal Information will be used for the purpose of providing you with services at the Inn, servicing your requests, improving our services, and developing and informing you of additional services provided by the Inn. On your membership renewal date, we will send you an email detailing your Yearly Reward Options. Occasionally, provided you have opted in, we will send you communications with information, which may be useful to you, including information and offerings about our services. Please contact our Sales office at 888-461-7077, ext 7600 to do so.
  • Membership in the President's Club Program cannot be used in conjunction with other specials or promotions.
